We are excited to share that for the last 2 years we have successfully implemented 3S system (Sort, Set in Order, and Shine) in our factory. This regular oversight is aimed at enhancing efficiency, improving workplace safety, boosting productivity, and minimizing waste. In addition to operational benefits, we aim to foster employee engagement. When staff members are actively involved in maintaining and organizing their workspaces, they develop a sense of ownership and pride in their environment. This ownership not only cultivates a culture of responsibility but also drives continuous improvement, ultimately strengthening the company’s overall culture.
