We are pleased to announce the launch of the (WE) Waste Elimination Project, running from March to December 2025. This initiative is focused on identifying and eliminating inefficiencies across our processes to enhance performance and deliver long-term value.
As part of the project, we are conducting value stream mapping (VSM) workshops and engaging teams in Kaizen activities, guiding them through practical, hands-on sessions aimed at streamlining operations. The goal: greater efficiency, cost reduction, and sustainable price improvements that benefit both the business and our customers.
This project marks another step in strengthening our culture of continuous improvement and responsible resource management.
